I'll get back to you, and we can have a discussion about your request; your spot will be reserved upon photo approval and full payment.

I’ll update you on the progress once I start your portrait; the turnaround time depends on my workload.  Feel free to ask me about the waiting time.

Once the painting is finished and I verify that you are happy with the result, I will ship the painting via USPS priority mail and provide tracking information.
